Team Random is dissolved as 4 members decide to cease their Dota 2 activities.
The TI6 champions are no more.
The Kiev Major may have just wrapped up but the roster changes have started early as Esports Host and Analyst Jack “KBBQ” Chen reveal that the former Wings squad, now called Team Random, who became known for winning the The International Dota 2 Championship 2016 title and for being one of the most exciting Chinese teams to watch has just let go of 4 of their players with only 1 to continue their pro gaming venture on a short term basis, meaning that there is a high chance that the said player will also be leaving pro Dota 2 in the near future, presumably after TI7.
The ti6 champion squad that was wings is apparently no more. Only one player will continue trying to play professionally short term

While the sad news have broken out, there is no actual info as to which players are ceasing their pro Dota 2 activities and which one will continue. Wings gaming’s members, Chu “shadow” Zheyu, Zhou “bLink” Yang, Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida, Zhang “y” Yiping, and Li “iceice” Peng, reformed themselves to become Team Random after what was described as a “combination of slumping competitive form and a hurtful relationship with our[Wings] owner” post TI6.
Team Random only achieved a 9th-16th place finish at the recently concluded Kiev Major, after a 1-3 groups tage run and then losing to OG Dota 2 in the first round of the Single Elimination main event.
