And we’ll just leave it at that.

Some quick news arrives from Fnatic earlier today as they confirm that former Warriors Gaming.Unity carry player Lai “Ahjit” Jay Son joins their ranks replacing Galvin “Meracle” Kang Jian Wen as the latter is moved to being a sub.

The Malaysian pro who has made waves with team Warriors Gaming.Unity after winning multiple minor tournaments in the SEA Region and for qualifying and finishing 8th place in the Boston Major is hoped to bring the “much needed cutting edge” Fnatic‘s Dota 2 squad after a very shaky post TI6 run. In regards to Meracle‘s status however, Fnatic‘s Dota 2 manager Eric “ReiNNNN” Khor and the rest of the Fnatic management states that while Meracle has “shown significant improvement” his playstyle was still not able to synergize with the rest of the team thus moving him to the sub position will hopefully make him “learn a lot“.

Ahjit‘s recorded pro Dota 2 career started back in 2015, where he played for team K2.Apes with other Malaysian players, he then had a brief stint with team Wu Jie before moving to team Warriors Gaming Unity and ultimately, just recently, to team Fnatic Dota.
