Project Xandata might still be in its critical production stage but it seems like we are that near to a full release as Secret6 Inc., hosts what would seem to be the game’s first competitive event at the Pinoy Gaming Festival 2017.

With PHP 20,000 on the line, this is a major tournament for a game that hasn’t been even out yet, much less available for public beta, albeit since it follows the true and tested mechanics of other FPS titles, particularly fast-paced ones like Overwatch, and Team Fortress, getting your groove and even clinching the championship prize might not be as hard as anyone would think.

The tournament matches will be done using the Control game mode, where teams need to hold zones for a certain time limit, each zone captured and defended, as well as enemies that are killed will add to your teams total game score, and the first to reach 20,000 points will win the round. If ever you still have doubts on whether you and your team can actually hold out against your opponents in the game, worry not for there will be a 5-minute prep and skirmish phase so you can test out everything that the game has to offer as far as the matches are concerned before getting into the actual battle.

Pre-registration to the Project Xandata 5-v-5 Tournament is now ongoing and teams can head on here[link] to participate. The tournament proper will take place at PGF 2017 Day 2 and Day 3 (April 29 and April 30), with the full Rules and Regulations available on this page [link]

The Pinoy Gaming Festival 2017 will be this coming April 28-30, 2017 in the TriNoma Activity Center, TriNoma, Quezon City.
