You can play the demo to Halo Wars 2 on PC starting TODAY
Time to test out the sequel to the RTS Spin-off of the Halo franchise, if you haven’t bought it yet of course.
Microsoft Studios has just officially launched the demo to their upcoming RTS title, Halo Wars 2 which includes, sadly, only one mission, and a sample of one of the game’s multiplayer modes, Blitz Firefight.
Albeit rather small as far as the potential playtime is concerned, the demo is 16GB in size, and will require a minimum hardware specification of an Intel i5-2500 CPU, 6GB of RAM, and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Graphics Card, if you’re using an AMD system, you would need to have at least an AMD FX-4350 for a processor and a Radeon HD 7750 for your graphics whereas laptop users need to ensure that they are running at least an Intel HD 520 together with either of the listed AMD and Intel notebook equivalent processors.
Halo Wars 2 is the sequel to Halo Wars, a Real Time Strategy title based on the Halo universe, and is developed by 343 Industries, together with Creative Assembly. The game was initially released last Feb 21, 2017, for both the PC and the Xbox One and received a mixed reception from critics and fans alike. The Halo Wars 2 Demo can be downloaded via its Microsoft Store Page, whereas the full game can be downloaded right here: [link].
