It’s this week folks!
Nintendo’s major mobile game project, and the first to be officially part of the long-running, multi-platform Mario franchise will soon be arriving on Android and Google devices, confirmed via tweet from Nintendo America.
Going live on the Google PlayStore this Thursday, March 23, 2017, Nintendo has been noticeably running a pre-registration campaign for Super Mario Run for a few days now with the banner even showing constantly on the Play Store’s default tab.

Although Nintendo might be excited to finally land their mobile Super Mario game on the Android, fans are already largely disappointed, despite the game’s positive reviews, mainly due to the title being a “timed exclusive” for the iOS for a couple of months.
Super Mario Run is a sidescrolling platformer title employing the auto-run mechanic which has players time their jumps to avoid obstacles and collect coins, the game also features other modes such as Toad Rally, a pseudo-racing PvP, and the Mushroom Kingdom, which is kinda like your own mini city builder sim that helps unlock new characters that you can use in the main game mode. The game is priced at USD 9.99 on the iTunes App Store and it is presumed that it will also have the same pricing for the Android Play Store.
