ASUS’ watercooled dual-1080 GPU ROG GX800 notebook is now available in the Philippines
And it’s a monster in all aspects.
High-end gaming enthusiast may have just added one more laptop model to their choice of NVIDIA 10-series and Kaby Lake powered notebooks as ASUS officially releases the Republic of Gamers GX800 Gaming Laptop for the Philippine market with a whopping price of no less than PHP 369,995.
First announced back at Computex 2016, the ROG GX800 will run using Intel’s latest i7 Kaby Lake processor with the graphic prowess handled by 2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPUs. The hardware under the hood will also include 64GB of DDR4 memory modules with 3 512GB solid state drives.
CPU, Graphics, memory and storage aside, the ROG GX800’s main feature is its own dedicated water cooling block which promises to help the notebook reach 4.3Ghz in overclocked processing power, with the GPU said to reach up to 2075mhz. The ROG GX800 will also support 4K display and a mechanical keyboard illuminated by ASUS’ own Aura RGB lighting.
