Valve deploys new Dota 2 update aimed at tweaking the in-game UI
And no, it’s not the one that reddit designed
After quite a period of bargaining and debating with its community right after the 7.00 update regarding how the UI looked and felt, Valve finally gives it a mini overhaul and deploys some new changes which moved things quite a bit.
Deployed just today, Valve tweaks the positions of Hero stats and as well as the new Talent Tree as well as changing how the Most Popular items tab work in-game when viewing the shop. The changes include increasing the size of HP and MP bars, relocating the hero attributes tab and modifying how the Popular Items system works by making it be based on what 5K MMR players use the most for the last 2 weeks.
