Samsung panders towards the gaming audience, unveils Odyssey Gaming Notebok
It sure took a while for the Mobile giant to enter the Video Game hardware race.
Aside from creating mobile phones, tablets, washing machines, and developing tanks, Samsung sets their eyes on a new market, the Gamer demographic, as they reveal their Odyssey Gaming Notebook.
Comes in 17.3″ and 15.6″ models, the Odyssey Gaming Notebook will run using Intel’s 7th Generation processors and NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 10-series GPUs, with the 15.6″ variation confirmed to use a GeForce GTX 1050. Storage capacity will be more than 1 TB in both SSD and HDD, and both variants will have Backlit keycaps with the screens to employ a Wide View Angle, Anti-Glare tech although there is no information yet regarding screen refresh rates.
Pricing and availability are info that hasn’t been revealed yet although we are expecting a release date sometime later this year.
