…but the PC Master Race ain’t having any of it.

If you’re eager to try out Ubisoft’s sequel to their open-world hacking action title Watch_Dogs and if you own a console then now might be your chance as the game development giant has started a free demo phase for Watch Dogs 2 on the PlayStation 4.

The sequel to the 2014 released Watch_Dogs, Watch Dogs 2 follows the tale of hacker Mark Holloway along with the hacktivist group DedSec as you take on the Blume Corporation’s ctOS 2.0, an operating system that enables city-wide control of electronic devices through the use of an Internet network, and whoever person or corporation that tries to get their hands on it.

The game was well received by critics with its fresh change of pace from the serious tone of the first Watch_Dogs to the now more immersive open world, however, perhaps due to the shortcomings of the first game, Watch Dogs 2’s sales did not really reflect the reviews although copies still continue to go off in both physical and digital shelves.

Watch Dogs 2’s free demo is available for download through the PlayStation Store with the Xbox One demo phase to follow this coming Jan 24.
