Miracle- named Rookie of the Year at the Esports Industry Awards 2016
The 2-time Major Winner earns this year’s “Rookie of the Year” recognition from the Esports Industry Awards.
Amer Al Barkawi, more popularly known by his pseudonym Miracle- in professional Dota 2 has been hailed as the “Rookie of the Year” by the Esports Industry Awards 2016 held in The Brewery, London England last November 21, 2016.
Miracle- started his pro Dota 2 career by joining the Balkan Bears early 2015, however he was greatly recognized months after, after reaching the top ranks of Europe’s MMR Leaderboards and being drafted to team (monkey) Bussiness which was then later known as OG Dota 2. Miracle-‘s most notable achievement includes wining 2 Dota 2 Major tournaments, the Frankfurt Major and the Manila Major with OG and his most impressive display of skill being his 43-0-32 K/D/A streak across 4 games during the Manila Major.
Miracle- is now playing for Team Liquid after the post TI6 shuffle and is currently participating in the DreamLeague Season 6.
