Ubisoft officially confirms the Ezio Collection for Assassin’s Creed, will hit PS4 and Xbox One this November
You can’t spell Assassin without a trilogy…wait.
The rumored Ezio Collection for the video game franchise Assassin’s Creed is officially confirmed by its creator Ubisoft and will be out for latest generation consoles this November 2016.
Featuring a remaster of the 3 Assassin’s Creed games which starred Ezio Auditore da Firenze, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed Revelations, the Ezio Collection will feature enhanced graphics optimized for both the PS4 and Xbox One systems, and the package will also include a still-unnamed DLC.
The Ezio trilogy began with the 2009 release of Assassin’s Creed II and continued until Assassin’s Creed Revelations which was released in 2011, at this point, the game’s story revolved around both Ezio Auditore da Firenze, an assassin from the 15th century and his ancestor, Desmond Miles as they try to uncover the Templar’s plans with the Pieces of Eden and as well as finding out the secret history of the Assassin Brotherhood.
Assassin’s Creed is known to use real-life historical moments and as well as iconic people, as part of its lore, with characters such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Pope Alexander VI, and Niccolò Machiavelli.
The Ezio Collection will be released this coming November 15, 2016 and will only feature Single Player modes for all titles, even though Brotherhood and Revelations both include Multiplayer modes in their original releases.
