So what really is the real difference between the Pro and the standard model?

The PlayStation 4 Pro, formerly known as PlayStation 4 Neo is officially unveiled by Sony during their PlayStation Meeting event and will aim to bring 4K Gaming to the console later this year.

Albeit, it may not have that much of a change when compared to the standard model, the very edge PlayStation 4 Pro would have over the standard model is the obviously more powerful  Graphics Processor to support 4K resolution video game settings, while everything else is pretty much the same from the AMD based Jaguar processor, to the memory size and type, this is based from a listing on the Japanese PlayStation store for the 1TB version of the new PS4 Pro.

Sony’s new PlayStation 4 will be released on November 10, 2016 and bears a price tag of USD 399, the PS4 Pro is one of the 2 new PlayStation 4 variations that will come out this year, with the other one being the PS4 Slim.
