OGPlanet’s Arcade brawler MMO has finally reached South East Asia as PlayPark tackles handling and publishing of the SEA community.

The MMORPG originally handled by California based OGPlanet Zone 4 finally enters its South East Asian release today through the way of PlayPark who has handled the game’s South East Asian publishing. Handled by OGPlanet until 2013, Zone4’s global publishing was then moved to third party game publishers such as GoldenSoft, CIBMall and OnGame.

Earlier today, PlayPark, a subsidiary of AsiaSoft and publisher of other MMO titles such as Cabal Online, Perfect World 2, Special Force 2, and Kritika Online, has finally opened up the game’s servers for its South East Asian fans after its initial beta phase which was said to have received positive reviews.

Zone4’s appeal relied on its unique street brawler characteristic, using fighting game mechanics and an arcade type look. The game also employs actual combat mechanics by allowing players to use up to 8 MMA styles for their characters like Judo, Taekwondo  and even Capoeira, , and as well as a multiplayer PVP that can pit up to 32 players at once which they call as the “Tower War”. Zone 4 is now available to South East Asia via PlayPark and interested players can head on to the Zone4 SEA Official Webpage for registration and download links.
